Fees & Other Considerations
The fees for this service is 50% of one full month’s rent and 8% of the gross rent per month.
Tenant Placement Services
This service is available for owners that don’t mind the task of working with tenant’s, but don’t want the headache of marketing, showing, screening prospective tenants, lease drafting, etc.
Services Includes:
- Market analysis for your property
- Listing your home
- Showings
- Screening tenant with full application
- Draft lease
- Execute lease
- Move in inspection
- Introduction email with owner and tenant
- Coordinate security deposit and rent collection from tenant to owner
- Hand over management of property to owner
Fees & Other Considerations
One time fee equal to one full month’s rent.
Upon the move in of the tenant, the owner will take over management from that point on.
Lease Assumption and property management
The lease assumption option is available for owners who already have a tenant in place but would like us to take over the management of the property. With this option, the owner can utilize our full service property management and hand over all the responsibilities to us.

The fee for our lease assumption service is $300 and 8% of the gross rent per month.
