We take a comprehensive look at the overall applicant to ensure they are a qualified applicant for your property.

WE TAKE CARE OF COLLECTING THE RENT

Collecting rent is easy if you have the perfect tenant who pays on time! But what if they don’t? Having someone in your corner who knows tenant law and the proper notices to send is critical! We make sure you get paid on time, so you no longer have to worry about the rent showing up in your bank account.

WE HANDLE MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

We conduct a full inspection upon move-in and move-out and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Work orders are created for every repair and are posted to the owner’s portal. Copies of completed work orders, invoices, and any other documentation are provided to owners via the portal, where they can be accessed at any time for your convenience.

WE KEEP YOU UP TO DATE WITH FINANCIAL REPORTS

With our detailed financial reporting tools and online owner portal, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. The owner’s portal allows you to view your documents all in one place, from statements, to bills, management agreements, and current lease agreements. At year end, a 1099 along with an income and expense statement are generated for your tax purposes.

WE PROTECT YOU FROM STRESSFUL EVICTIONS

In the unfortunate event that a resident needs to be evicted from your rental, we will handle all the necessary filings and other intricacies of the process. Our thorough screening process includes credit score, national criminal background check, proof of income, proof of employment, past rental history, and more, to greatly reduce the risk of an eviction. However, they can still occur, in that case, we provide the eviction services and will manage the process from beginning to end.
